About Us
B&F ENTRE BOURBONNAIS ET FOREZ is a cultural association dedicated to preserving, protecting, and promoting the rich heritage of the Bourbonnais and Forez regions in France. Since its creation in 2008, the association has worked to safeguard both tangible and intangible heritage, ensuring that local history and traditions are passed on to future generations.
Our mission focuses on the conservation and enhancement of architectural heritage, including historic monuments, traditional housing, and small rural structures that reflect the identity of the region. Beyond built heritage, we are equally committed to protecting natural landscapes, cultural traditions, local language, and historical memory.
We believe that heritage is not only about the past—it is a living resource that strengthens community identity and fosters cultural continuity. Through research, documentation, and publication of various materials, we aim to make this heritage accessible to a wider audience.
B&F ENTRE BOURBONNAIS ET FOREZ operates with a strong community spirit and a deep respect for history. Whether through awareness initiatives, documentation projects, or cultural activities, our goal is to highlight the unique character and legacy of the territories we represent.
We invite individuals, researchers, and heritage enthusiasts to join us in celebrating and preserving the cultural wealth of Bourbonnais and Forez.
